The above freight has included freight, customs clearance fee and delivery fee, but it does not include fines, return fee, redistribution fee and remote fee caused by customer reasons.  

 

 

 

3. Dimensions and weight requirements  

 

Weight volume limit: weight limit 20Kg, one side does not exceed 1.05m;  According to the volume /7000, the minimum weight of a single parcel is 50g, and if it is less than 50g, it is 50g.

6. Reject products

7. Shipping requirements  

 

1) Description of goods declared by all countries: In order to improve the time limit of customs clearance, please do not use general characters such as Sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts and Tools in description of goods;  In case of delay in customs clearance, return or customs deduction due to inconsistent declaration, all consequences shall be borne by the sender.  

 

2) Label requirements for outer packaging: The minimum package size of all packages is 15CM*11CM*1CM. Please attach labels correctly to facilitate scanning and accurate delivery.  

 

 

 

8. Compensation standard  

 

(Our company will make a claim within 30-60 days after receiving the shipment, after which no claim application will be accepted) :  

 

1) Unwithdrawn and lost: refund fee + declared price compensation, the total is not more than RMB200/ ticket.  

 

2) Lost after withdrawal: no refund of freight, only the declared price, the maximum is not more than RMB100/ ticket.  

 

3) If the parcel is returned to our Warehouse in Australia due to the reason of address or recipient: Each parcel costs 10EUR to Australia Post. After conversion, our company will charge RMB55 per parcel.  The redelivery fee of the package by our company: 90% of the whole delivery fee of the package, for example, the whole delivery fee of the package is RMB100, and the second redelivery fee is 100*0.9=RMB90.
